Dr. Garcia was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Even as a child, she knew she was headed down the healthcare path. Her passion for the dental field came from seeing first hand through her own experiences how science, art and medicine come together to form dentistry.
She received her dental degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine. After receiving her degree, Dr. Garcia did a 2-year Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York achieving Chief Resident status. During her time at Montefiore Medical Center she received additional training in surgical periodontics, endodontics, and operating room dentistry. Since then, she has continued to pursue the highest level of expertise through extensive continuing education. Dr. Garcia has been successfully practicing dentistry for the past 6 years, with the last 2 in the beautiful Sunshine State.
In her free time, she enjoys books, concerts, and outdoor adventures with her partner and 2 dogs. She is a social butterfly that goes above and beyond for her patients, always adding the personal touch.
